The Bitmeister Vault SRGM tool stands for "Somewhat Reliable Game Redemption" and was created by us to easily distribute game keys to you.

I have entered my e-mail correctly but am not receiving a verification code. What can I do?

If you have double-checked the spelling of your e-mail and also checked your spam folder, but did not receive a verification e-mail after approximately 5 minutes, please contact us via e-mail for help.

I have verified my e-mail but am unable to continue to the next step. What can I do?

This means you are not in our database and the tool can not automatically send you a code. If you believe you have been left out of the database in error, for example because we have sent you a message inviting you to collect a key via the tool, please contact us via e-mail at dad@prouddadsimulator.com and we will send you a key manually.
